Hamish was the neighbour of Wendy and Brian. In July 1981, he grabbed Chelsea Munroe as she was walking home through Swan Arch Park. This caused the local neighbourhood watch to co-operate with the Wests and their associates in catching the "pervert," as they nicknamed the unknown perpetrator.
During their mission in Swan Arch Park on a Tuesday night, Hamish attacked Wendy and was caught in action.[1]
