Falani was an acquaintance of the West Family. Originally appearing as a guest character in seasons one and two, Falani became part of the core cast in Season Three.

Falani fixes Cheryl's car and informs her that there is a huge bill. Cheryl steals her bosses car and sells it to him to pay the bill.

When Wolf gets in trouble with some boy racers, he steals their car and sells it to Falani.

In Outrageous Fortune: The Movie, Loretta sells Jeanette's tractor to Falani, though he is not seen onscreen.
